Economic Empowerment

We profoundly believe in People’s capacity to build their lives after crisis and economic empowerment is the central pillar to sustainability and resilience.  Since our establishment, we have implemented several programs targeting promoting economic independency and we found that a little help to start businesses make great change to beneficiaries, the family, and the larger community.

Our Current Projects for 2018 and 2019

  1. USAID, IOM and Yazda Partnership to Build Resilience through establishing 90 new small business in Sinjar and Nineveh Plains.

  2. USAID, Heartland Alliance International, and Yazda partnership targeting opening 20 new small businesses for survivors of Human Rights Violations.

Previous Projects:

Yazda and in partnership with Preemptive Love Established 27 Businesses northern Iraq from which 26 were successful and carried on.
